Leatherworker.net Forum is a goldmine.

Wrapping up another November here in Northwest Florida, and also the final day of the 2021 Hurricane Season. I thought I’d brag a little on what’s easily a “hidden gem.” Cliche’s aside, if you’re interested in the trade, or just the craft or hobby of working with leather, then I’d highly recommend checking out Leatherworker.net. I’ve been a member over there since 2007, and never fail to discover a nugget or two on every visit. Head over and check ’em out!

Happy 246th, Marines.

American heroes. My late Uncle was a combat wounded Vietnam veteran Marine. I’ve got a lot of stories, but I’ll save those for another time. I will say, he was, and still is, a hero of mine. I was blessed to get to spend a lot of time with him when he came home from overseas, terrorizing trout from Colorado to Idaho.

Happy Birthday, Marines. Devil Dogs. Badasses. I’m not one of you, but I’m damned thankful for you.

God Bless what’s left of America.

Head knife. Round knife. You’re both right.

Not a lot to talk about, but staying pretty busy between the leather shop and the knife shop. I have a few of the round or head knives available on my other website at www.GibsonLeather.com if you’d like to go over and take a look.

Good news, it’s starting to cool off a bit here on the Redneck Riviera.
